They say nice guys finish last…but this certainly isn’t the case for Usain Bolt.
I was lucky enough to spend an evening in the company of the Olympic hero in London – and he revealed plans to coach kids when he returns to Jamaica and nurture new talent.
My mission was clear – to find out what goes on in the mind of a living legend and discover what it takes to be the World’s fastest man.
It’s simple: ‘There are no limits,’ the gentle giant told me as I saddled up to him to find out what his dream personal best time would be.
And that’s what we must tell our children. There are no limits – always strive to be the best that you can be no matter what the haters tell you.
Usain’s unique message to the children was: ‘Work hard and the results will come.’
Stay humble too.
Speaking about how he spent his first pay cheque, it wasn’t in a Kardashian style splurge on designer clothes and cars.

The World’s fastest man, whose been enjoying the London nightlife since his tripple win in Rio, and bagging his lucrative 10 year deal with Enertor insoles at Superdrug, has explained the secret to his incredible speed.
He told ShowbizMama: ‘I play a lot of Call of Duty, watch sport on TV, movies etc.
‘I have talent and train hard to run well.’
It seems Usain was born for the track, he reveals he’s had the bug since he was a tot.
‘I was a very active child always running around. The turning point in my career was in 2002 when, aged 15, I won the World Junior Championships against athletes up to 5 years older than me.
‘If I wasn’t doing this I would probably be playing football or cricket.’
