Showbizmama saddled up to the Hollywood comedian for an intimate screening of the much-hyped movie – and let’s just say mums and dads, it did not disappoint.
When quizzed by young pre-school reporter Daniel as to which Cars he liked best, 1,2, or 3, Owen told us of the third instalment: ’ l like the way the story has kind of come full circle and I just found it a moving story and kind of poignant that we all resonate with it. At one point we all need some kind of encouragement and help from somebody. I like that aspect of the story.’
Stunned by a new generation of super-fast cars, the legendary Lighting McQueen finds himself pushed out of the sport that he adored. Hoping to get back in the saddle , he turns to Cruz Ramirez, an eager young technician who has her own plans for winning.
